PEAR MARMALADE

Ingredients:

• 5 quarts sliced pears
• 5 cups sugar
• Juice and rind of 1 orange
• Juice and rind of 1 lemon
• ½ pound chopped almonds or almond flavoring

Instructions:

1. Simmer all ingredients slowly until thick.
