PEAR HONEY

Ingredients:

• 3 pints ground pears
• 4 No. 2 cans crushed pineapple
• Sugar (1 cup per cup of fruit)

Instructions:

1. Combine the pears and pineapple.
2. Add sugar at a ratio of 1 cup per cup of fruit mixture.
3. Cook slowly for about 30 minutes.
4. Pour into jars and seal.
