  1. Wash and dry cucumbers. Place them in a crock.
  2. Combine dry ingredients with vinegar and horseradish; mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture over cucumbers, adding cucumbers until the crock is full.
  4. Cover with a plate and place a weight on top. Let stand for 3 weeks before serving.
