BEET PICKLES

Ingredients:

• 2 cups vinegar
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup beet juice

Instructions:

1. Bring vinegar, cinnamon, sugar, and beet juice to a boil.
2. Pour over hot beets.
3. Seal the jars.
