In a large bowl, cream eggs, margarine, oil, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in grated zucchini and chocolate morsels.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
