2 1/4 cups vanilla wafers or graham crackers (or a combination), crushed
Instructions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add salt and honey, and let it cool until almost set.
Place half of the crumbs in the bottom of an 8 1/2-inch square dish. Pour the Jell-O custard over the crumbs, then sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
Chill for 3 hours before serving.
