APPLE CAKE

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cream sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients, then oil.
  2. Stir in diced apples and nuts. Batter will be thick. Mix by hand.
  3. Pour into a greased 10x10-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes.
  5. Cool and cut into squares. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
